The hotel is 650 metres from the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park, placing guests within walking distance of the American Falls and Horseshoe Falls. A complimentary exploration shuttle takes guests to major attractions, including the Maid of the Mist and the Aquarium of Niagara. Both Seneca Niagara Casino and the Rainbow Bridge to Canada are less than 1.5 km away.

The on-site Anchor Bar restaurant serves the original Buffalo chicken wing recipe, along with American dishes, beer, wine, and cocktails throughout the day. Kids ages 11 and under eat free from the main menu when accompanied by an adult purchasing a meal. Room service is available from the Anchor Bar during operating hours.
